Nick Lawson is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic arts. He studied Commedia Dell’Arte, Burlesque and Vaudeville in France with John Rudlin, in Italy at Antonio Fava’s International School of Physical Comedy, and at The American Mime Theater in New York. Some credits include: Skylight (Miniature theater of Chester), The Pied Pipers of the Lower East side (PS.122/Theater 80), Happy in the Poorhouse (PS.122/Theater 80), Amerissiah (Theater 80), Ghosts in the Cottonwoods (Theater 80), The Hallway Trilogy (Rattlestick Playwrights Theater), Squealer (Theater For The New City), Hotel/Motel (Gershwin Hotel), She's Gone Serious (Collapsible Hole), The Bad and The Better (Playwrights Horizons), Collision (Rattlestick), The Hill Town Plays (Rattlestick), If Colorado Had an Ocean (La Mama), and the film, “Loitering with Intent”, directed by Adam Rapp. He is a member of The Amoralists Theater Company.
